Connecting from Monaco Heliport to a flight at Nice Airport
Some travellers use the helicopter link between Monaco and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport to connect with onward airline flights. A helicopter ticket and a separate airline ticket should not be assumed to form one protected itinerary.
Plan enough connection time
- Confirm the helicopter arrival time and the exact arrival point at Nice with the operator.
- Check the airline’s check-in and bag-drop deadlines for your specific flight.
- Allow time for disembarkation, any ground transfer between terminals, security and passport control where applicable.
- Consider weather and operational disruption, especially when travelling on separate bookings.
- Ask both providers what happens if the helicopter is delayed.
Official operator information
Regular helicopter services on the Monaco–Nice route are authorised for MONACAIR and Héli Air Monaco through 31 December 2026 under Ministerial Order No. 2026-457. Check the Monaco Heliport operator guide and confirm current service details and transfer procedures directly with the company operating your booking and your airline.
